Job description

A Chef is required for a busy Cafe in Newstead.

The cafe operated 6 days a week for Breakfast and Lunch, offering traditional meals with focus on Indonesian Cuisine. No Split Shift, Occasional nights for Special Events. Working in a small closed knit team, the suitable candidate must be a team player, ability to work under pressure, posses excellent communication and organisation ability.

Salary range: 55-60K super

To be considered the candidate ideally posses:

• Commercial Cookery Cert 3 minimum
• Minimum 4 years experience in commercial kitchen
• Must have minimum 2 years Indonesian cooking knowledge and
• Experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly self motivated
• Understand and practices OH&S at workplace
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Honest and reliable person
